NT MacDonald Solutions is the brain child and passion of Natalie & Todd MacDonald. This is a combination of their training, interests and talents all rolled into one.
Natalie has worked for many years in offices, libraries, churches and schools doing administrative work in Nova Scotia & Alberta. She enjoys many aspects of office work and also loves genealogy. She has been researching her and Todd's families since 2000 and has completed a genealogical research certificate. She enjoys the thrill of finding another family member or another clue. She wants to use her training and expertise to help you with customized administrative support or help you research your family tree.
Todd is an ordained minister who holds degrees in ministry as well as counselling. He is also a Captain in the Canadian army reserves. He is trained in transitional ministry and is able to help your church, board, leaders and members to maneuver the waters when you are transitioning between pastors or to assist with Conflict Resolution when needed. He will meet with the board/deacons and facilitate the communication needed and assist with direction and steps to enable transitional change and healing.
